For starters, rethink the big Sunday roast. Large meals can take a lot out of the body. Maybe you should have a light salad instead. Reconsider your alcohol intake on Sunday afternoons. Starting the working week with a hangover is not going to help you get out of bed. And speaking of bed, how about calling it a night a bit earlier during your Sunday evenings…waking up tired on Monday morning because you stayed up doing ‘stuff’ until 1.00am is not likely to put you in a positive frame of mind.
