The truly amazing thing about our new massage table is that it is incredibly comfortable for Relaxation (Swedish) Massage, firm enough for Sports Massage or Remedial Massage. With the added bonus in being designed to accommodate Bowen Therapy clients as well. So I say welcome and relax!This is a gentler form of massage therapy which relaxes all body muscles leaving you feeling like a million dollars.
