Dear Friends

Have you ever heard of the complaint known as wry neck?

Acute wry neck is a complaint where you develop neck pain, and stiffening of the neck and shoulders which then causes restriction in the neck and muscles spasms surrounding the neck and shoulders. This then leads to a restricted range of movement and pain on movement. This is a common complaint in children and adults.

Fortunately with the use of Bowen Therapy a wry neck is very swiftly resolved. With the gentlest of Bowen work especially with children. The neck very quickly relax’s and pain stops and a full range of movement returns.

And So What Is Bowen Therapy?

What is Bowen Therapy?

The Gentle Healing Technique

Bowen Therapeutic Technique (Bowen Therapy) is a dynamic system of muscle and connective tissue therapy that encourages the body to right itself. This technique involves a gentle roll over the muscle. By using a set system of these small moves from the base of the neck to the tips of the toes, with small waits of 2 minutes or more between sets of moves, the Bowen Therapist stimulates the body’s innate healing system to realign and re-balance.
