I have been to see Benjamin and June for the past 2 1/2 years. My current occupation involves a large amount of stress. I find that the stress causes my shoulders to tighten up to the extent that they are very stiff and sore. To complicate matters, I play a lot of tennis which puts a great deal of strain on my body. I have pulled muscles and have even dislocated my knee and shoulder.

After a Bowen, I find that I am more relaxed and ready to face another day. I also find that my body heals faster. I am very impressed with the Bowen Technique and would recommend it to anyone with either injuries or stress problems.

Without the assistance of Benjamin and June, I very much doubt that I could continue to work as effectively as I do each day and maintain an active sporting life.
